Who plays the queen of hearts

I knew eventually I wanted to portray a villain within my ‘Once Upon A Time…’ series and Queeny here seemed like the perfect place to start. She was wild and crazy and wore the most lavish gowns. The Queen of Hearts was always a favourite of mine.
